Q: What exactly is Wine & Tricks?

A: Wine & Tricks is a unique online experience where you get to watch professional magician Anthony Asimov (a regular performer at The Magic Castle in Hollywood) perform mind-blowing illusions for you as you sip spellbinding wines from Vampire® Vineyards as you watch! Anthony interacts directly with his virtual audience to create miracles with playing cards, coins, board games, light bulbs, and other items - even walnuts!

Q: Why would I want to get tickets to Wine & Tricks?

A: It's going to be a long time until it's safe to attend live theater, so Anthony converted his in-person Wine & Tricks show into a virtual experience that is JUST AS FUN! In fact, there are other benefits you might not have thought about regarding watching live theater at home, such as:

Q: Will my household be the only household watching?

A: No. Unless you book a private event, you will be participating along with people who are tuning in from all across the country!

Q: I've never seen a magic show online before, tell me more!

A: Anthony uses multiple camera angles to make sure you see the magic UP-CLOSE, and you'll feel as though you're sitting right there at the table with him. He interacts with all the participants throughout the show as he performs the mind-bending magic that he built his career on. We promise you'll leave the event saying "WOW!" Get tickets today!

Q: I have 6 people in my family. Can we all participate for $199 or do we have to buy 6 packages?

A: You can all participate for only $199! The price is per household, so you could have anywhere from 1 or 100 people watching and it's the same price.

Q: What exactly is in the Mystery Envelope?

A: We don't want to spoil the fun, so we will just say this... all participants will open the envelope at the same time and - with everyone focused - hopefully perform a virtual group miracle using its contents! Only 1 Mystery Envelope is included with your ticket purchase, but if you want to order more - so that others in your home can follow along - just add them to your cart by clicking here!

Q: Is the show family friendly?

A: Yes. Please note, however, that children under the age of nine may not appreciate the performance due to some of the tricks that are performed. Anthony does not curse, and the show doesn't contain anything offensive. You will find Anthony to be fun, engaging, and... amazing!

Q: Can I assemble my own wine package, or do I have to choose from the packages listed on the website?

A: Please choose a package that is on the website.

Q: Can I just buy tickets to the magic show only (and skip the wine)?

A: Yes, but only if they are available. We stop selling tickets to each show about a week before its show date, and this is to allow the wine to be shipped to the attendees. It's during this week that we will allow non-wine tickets to be purchased, but only if there are spaces available for a show after we ship wine to the other attendees for that show.

Q: I've never used Zoom and I'm nervous I won't be able to do it right! Are there any tutorials?

Q: What happens if my wine doesn't arrive in time for the show?

A: Although we allow ample time to ship wines to our attendees, once it leaves our shipping facility in California we cannot guarantee that the wine will arrive in time for everyone for every show. While the courier services are doing their best right now during the pandemic, a mishap here and there is likely to happen. Therefore, if for some reason your wine is delayed and you do not receive it in time for the show, please forgive us and we hope you will still enjoy the show! Perhaps you can look at it this way... delayed wine will just give you something magical to look forward to after the show! (We are optimists here at Wine & Tricks!)

Q: What is your refund policy?

A: As with most shows and events, we have a strict No-Refunds-For-Any-Reason policy, and this includes rescheduling. However, if the event is canceled, we will absolutely issue refunds. Should you have a problem with your wine, please contact us and we will do all we can to assist you immediately.

Q: Can I gift Wine & Tricks to a friend?

A: Yes! Just go through the checkout process as make sure we have the correct shipping address for your recipient (for the wine, wine bottle cape, and Mystery Envelope), as well as their email address so that we can email the Zoom login information to them. If you have any questions or just want a confirmation that all is OK, do not hesitate to contact us!
